Photo Competition "Kolga"
Hello hello everyone ! Hello all our blog visitors !
I even don't remember how many months have gone since my last post..
But there were reasons...
Though, I'm back here with new energy and stimulus..
And I start my REpostings with the photos from ceremonial opening of Photo Competition "Kolga 2009", which was held yesterday, may 8 in newly opened Mtatsminda Park. Theme of the competition is freestyle.. Totally the best 100 photos of the year were exhibited..
I think people enjoyed friendly atmosphere, really interesting works and music performance by Georgian National Symphony Orchestra.
First the contest was held in may 2002 and since number of professional photographers and photo amateurs is growing up.
From today the winner photos will be exhibited in Tbilisi history museum "Karvasla", 8 Sioni st. and last one week.

Great Jogging in the Botanical Garden
The May is a pleasure, especially in the little paradise behind Narikala Fortress, in the Botanical Garden ! It's blossoming, it's aroma of flowers, it's a universe of forms and colors provided with the sweet sound and tweets of hundred of birds. I started sports and want to loose some weight, now on 96 kg I want to reach 90 in 4-5 weeks, very relaxed, no stress please ;-))

Quiet, only some lovers from time to time ;-))
I think this one is called Queen Tamar's bridge and was an important keyhole + checkpoint of the Silk Road before crossing into Tbilisi
There is another exit (not entrance!) from the Botanical Garden near the Mother of Georgia
