Itinerary:
Tbilisi -> old Georgian capital of Mtskheta-> Georgian military road with stops in Ananuri and at the Friendship Monument panorama platform -> Cross Pass 2395 m -> Kazbegi-> Stepantsminda-> Sameba Church-> Daryal Gorge-> Mountain Village Juta-> Truso- Valley-> Tbilisi

Itinerary:
Day 1 Central meeting place around 9.00 clock. Trip from Tbilisi to the former Georgian capital Mtskheta and visit the impressive churches of Jvari and Svetizchoveli. Continue along the highway to Kazbegi Georgian with photo stops at the Fortress Ananuri at the Soviet friendship monument and on the Cross Pass (2395m). 1-hour hike to impressive heights of Kazbegi Church Tsminda Sameba (2200m) in front of Mt. Kazbek.Heading to Juta at Sno we can look at the trout farm of the Georgian monks and grill right there.
In the evening, reached by soaring mountains, finally, the mountain village Dshuta at 2240 m, where you can enjoy our special Georgian hospitality with Chinkali and beer and an introduction to the Khevsurs traditions. Overnight in double rooms in the guesthouse in Arabuli Dshuta.
Day 2 Nature, Air, Sun, Mountains! After a delicious breakfast will make you 3-4 hours trekking through the alps to Chaukhimassiv where you always are accompanied by snow-capped mountain peaks and clear mountain streams. You can climb, ride or shoot or lazy in the sun. Picnic, dinner and overnight in Dshuta.
Day 3 Drive back to Kazbegi and further into the Darialschlucht to newly opened border with Russia. On the way back possible 2-3 hours trekking in the Truso Valley and learning about rare Caucasus flora and fauna. Return to Tbilisi.
