Providing information on power outages in advance

Wouldn't it be great if Telasi (or any other responsible power supplier) would provide planned or scheduled power outages for the different areas of Georgia and Tbilisi on a special website in advance. They could anounce there, what crashes happened and when the supply will be probably recovered. They could send this infos as SMS too, it would save our nervous systems and save a lot of technical devices like computers too...
