sometimes you'll need your favorite Cornflakes, the right cheese for your Spaghetti, a Pizza from the deep freezer, some special chocolate or whatever. Now there is Goodwill, a big Super Market with very friendly stuff right before the District of Digomi Massiv. Ask a Taxidriver and he brings you there. Actually it is cheaper than in most other Tbilisi shops and if you have no cash, there are Bankmashines too, wich exept major creditcards and even EC-Card. I felt like in Berlin, sometimes that is very pleasant too.
